Log in using the same email address you used when registering for your ISFTA course.

Depending on your account, Teachable may send a one-time login code to your email. Enter that code when prompted to access your account.

Once logged in, look for your ISFTA course under the schools or courses you are enrolled in.

First, make sure you are logging in with the same email address you used when purchasing your course.

If you have more than one email address, you may have accidentally logged in to a different Teachable account.

If your course still does not appear, please contact ISFTA at info@isfta.com so we can verify the email address connected to your enrollment.

• Spam folder
• Junk folder
• Promotions folder

Also search your inbox for emails from Teachable or ISFTA.

Please add info@isfta.com to your contacts or safe sender list to help ensure you receive future course communications.

If you still cannot locate your course access information, contact ISFTA.

Teachable may allow you to log in using a one-time code sent to your email, so you may not need your password.

If you prefer to use your password and cannot remember it, use Teachable’s password recovery options from the login screen.
