Although the course is delivered through an on-demand format, you will have direct access to your course instructor to ask questions regarding the educational content presented throughout the modules.

To receive your Certificate of Completion and, where applicable, have your continuing education electronically reported to CE Broker, you must successfully complete all course requirements.

These requirements include:

• Completing all required course modules and lesson content.
• Viewing all required educational materials.
• Completing and submitting the required course attestation statement.

Once all course requirements have been successfully completed and verified, your Certificate of Completion will be emailed to the address you provided during registration.

For professions that utilize CE Broker, your continuing education credits will also be electronically reported after your course completion has been verified.

The Integrative Essential Oils Course is designed to progressively build your understanding, beginning with essential oil fundamentals and continuing through application methods, chemistry, quality, purity, sourcing, extraction, individual essential oils, and safety considerations.

Following the recommended sequence will help you understand how each topic connects and supports responsible essential oil use.

Yes. You may revisit course lessons and review educational materials as often as you would like throughout your active course-access period.

We encourage you to return to the course content as you begin applying your understanding of essential oil chemistry, quality, safety, and application methods.

The Essential Oils Certification Exam is optional and is not required to complete the Integrative Essential Oils Course, receive your Certificate of Completion, or earn your continuing education credits.

The certification exam is included with the Certification Package and the Ultimate Essential Oils Certification Bundle.

Students enrolled in the Course Only option can complete their coursework and earn continuing education credits without taking the certification exam.

• 100 multiple-choice questions.
• A required passing score of 80% or higher.
• Two attempts to achieve a passing score.
• Approximately two hours should be reserved for the examination.

The certification examination is separate from the requirements for earning your continuing education credits.

A Certificate of Completion confirms that you have successfully completed the required educational coursework.

Your Essential Oils Certification is an additional credential earned by successfully completing the applicable certification requirements, including the certification examination.

The certification examination is not required to receive your continuing education credits.

Certification does not grant a professional healthcare license or expand your legally authorized scope of practice.

If you selected the optional Essential Oils Starter Kit during registration, your product order will be processed separately from your ISFTA course enrollment.

The products are purchased through dōTERRA and shipped directly to the shipping address provided during the ordering process.
