How do I access the course?
Your course is hosted on Teachable.
Once your registration has been processed and verified, your Teachable login information will be emailed to the email address you provided during registration.
I haven’t received my login information.
If you haven’t received your course access email, please:

- Search your inbox for emails from info@isfta.com.

Is the course approved for LIVE credit?
Yes.
The Foundations of Health Course is approved for LIVE credit.
Although the course is delivered through an on-demand format, you will have direct access to your course instructor to ask questions regarding the educational content presented throughout the modules.
How do I receive my CE Certificate and CE Broker reporting?
To receive your Certificate of Completion and, where applicable, have your continuing education electronically reported to CE Broker, you must complete all course requirements.
These requirements include:
- Completing all required course modules and lesson content.
- Viewing all required educational materials.
- Completing and submitting the required course attestation statement.
Once all course requirements have been successfully completed and verified, your Certificate of Completion will be emailed to the email address you provided during registration.
For professions that utilize CE Broker, your continuing education credits will also be electronically reported after your course completion has been verified.
The CE Broker tracking number for this course is 20-1246386.
I completed the course but haven’t received my certificate.
Please allow adequate time for your course completion to be reviewed and processed.

How long do I have to complete the course?
You have 12 months from your registration date to complete all required coursework and any testing included with your registration package.
If the required coursework and testing are not completed within 12 months, a new registration will be required.
Do I have to complete the modules in a specific order?
We strongly recommend completing the modules in the order they are presented.
The Foundations of Health Course is designed to build your understanding progressively, beginning with the foundational principles of healthspan and longevity and continuing through nutrition, digestion, movement, metabolism, sleep, stress management, reducing toxic load, and informed self-care.
Following the recommended order will help you understand how each foundational health principle connects to and supports the others.
I purchased a package. When will I receive everything included?
Once your registration has been processed and verified, you will receive access to the Foundations of Health Course through Teachable.
If your registration includes the Foundational Health Toolbox, private community access, the Foundational Health Coach Certification Exam, or the Personalized Health Assessment Suite, you will receive separate instructions regarding those benefits.
Course access, community information, assessments, certification materials, and physical products may be delivered separately. You may therefore receive multiple emails, account-access messages, or shipment notifications.
Is the Foundational Health Coach certification exam required?
No.
The Foundational Health Coach certification exam is optional and is not required to complete the Foundations of Health Course, receive your Certificate of Completion, or earn your continuing education credits.
If your registration does not include the certification exam and you would like to add it, please email info@isfta.com.
How do I receive my Foundational Health Coach certification exam?
If your registration includes the Foundational Health Coach certification exam, you must first complete the Foundations of Health Course and submit the required attestation statement.
After your course completion and attestation have been verified, your exam invitation will be sent by email from:

Please check your Spam or Junk folder if you do not see the exam email.
The certification exam includes:
- 100 multiple-choice questions.
- A required passing score of 80% or higher.
- Two attempts to achieve a passing score.
- Up to two hours to complete each attempt.
The certification exam is not required to receive your continuing education credits.
Can I access the course on multiple devices?
Yes. Teachable works on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, allowing you to learn wherever it is most convenient.
I forgot my password.
Click the Forgot Password link on the Teachable login page.
Teachable will send instructions for resetting your password to the email address associated with your account.
Can I watch the course more than once?
Yes. You may revisit the course and review lessons as often as you would like throughout your course-access period.
We encourage you to return to the course materials as you begin applying the foundational health principles in your own life or professional practice.
Can I use what I learn with my patients or clients?
The Foundations of Health Course provides educational information and practical, evidence-informed wellness strategies that may help strengthen your understanding of foundational health principles.
Any information used in a professional setting must remain within your legally authorized scope of practice, professional credentials, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Completion of the course does not expand your professional scope of practice or authorize you to diagnose, prescribe, or treat medical conditions.
Is this course medical advice?
No. The information presented in this course is for educational purposes only.
It is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any condition and should not be used as a substitute for medical counseling with a qualified healthcare professional.
Can I record or share course materials?
No. Unauthorized reproduction, recording, photography, screen sharing, distribution, or replication of any course materials is strictly prohibited.
This includes all visual, verbal, written, and downloadable course content.
What is the refund policy?
Due to immediate access to course content, all registrations are final and no refunds will be issued.
Why do I see two charges on my credit card statement?
If your registration includes the Foundational Health Toolbox, you will see two separate charges on your credit card statement.
One charge will be from ISFTA for your course registration and continuing education credits.
The second charge will be from dōTERRA for the products included in your Foundational Health Toolbox.
Toolbox products are shipped directly from dōTERRA to ensure product authenticity and the company’s quality, purity, and potency standards.
