How do I access the course?
Your course is hosted on Teachable.
Once your registration has been processed and verified, your Teachable login information will be emailed to the email address you provided during registration.
I haven’t received my login information.
If you haven’t received your course access email, please:
- Check your Spam, Junk, or Promotions folders.
- Search your inbox for emails from info@isfta.com.
- Add info@isfta.com to your contacts or safe sender list.
If you still can’t locate your enrollment information, please email info@isfta.com.
How do I receive my CE Certificate and CE Broker reporting?
To receive your Certificate of Completion and, where applicable, have your continuing education electronically reported to CE Broker, you must complete all course requirements.
These requirements include:
- Completing all required course modules and lesson content.
- Viewing all required educational materials.
- Completing the required course attestation statement.
Once all course requirements have been successfully completed, your Certificate of Completion will be emailed to the email address you provided during registration.
For professions that utilize CE Broker, your continuing education credits will also be electronically reported after your course completion has been verified.
I completed the course but haven’t received my certificate.
Please allow adequate time for your course completion to be reviewed and processed.
If you have completed all required course modules, viewed all required lesson content, submitted the required attestation statement, and still have not received your Certificate of Completion, please:
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Verify that your course progress is complete.
- Confirm that you submitted the required attestation statement.

How long do I have to complete the course?
You have 12 months from your registration date to complete all required coursework, testing, and course requirements.
If the course is not completed within 12 months, a new registration will be required.
Will new modules be added automatically?
Yes.
As new modules are released, they will automatically appear inside your Teachable course dashboard. There is nothing additional you need to do.
We’ll also notify you by email when new course content becomes available.
I purchased a bundle. Do I have to wait to access the other courses?
No.
If you enrolled in a registration package that includes additional courses, such as the Practitioner Essentials Bundle or the Clinical Mastery Bundle, you will receive access to those courses as soon as your registration has been processed and verified.
Unlike the Therapeutic Peptides for Practitioners course, the additional courses included in your bundle are not released in phases.
You may begin those courses immediately and complete them in any order. There is no required sequence, and you do not need to finish one course before starting another.
We encourage you to complete each course at your own pace and in the order that best supports your professional goals.
Why are the modules being released in phases?
Peptide medicine is evolving rapidly.
Rather than recording every advanced module months before launch, we’re releasing content in phases so each module reflects the latest research, clinical evidence, and regulatory developments.
This approach ensures you’re receiving the most current, accurate, and clinically relevant education possible.
Can I access the course on multiple devices?
Yes. Teachable works on desktop computers, laptops, tablets, and smartphones, allowing you to learn wherever it’s most convenient.

Teachable will send instructions for resetting your password.
Can I watch the course more than once?
Yes. You may revisit the course and review lessons as often as you’d like throughout your course access period.
Is this course medical advice?
No. The information presented in this course is for educational purposes only.
It is not intended to diagnose, prescribe, or treat any condition and should not be used as a substitute for medical counseling with a qualified healthcare professional.
Can I record or share course materials?
No. Unauthorized reproduction, recording, photography, screen sharing, distribution, or replication of any course materials is strictly prohibited.
This includes all visual, verbal, written, and downloadable course content.
What is the refund policy?
Due to immediate access to course content, all registrations are final and no refunds will be issued.
Why do I see two charges on my credit card statement?
If your registration package includes the Foundational Health Toolbox and/or the Redefining Healthcare Toolbox, you will notice two separate charges on your credit card statement.
One charge will be from ISFTA for your course registration and continuing education credits. The second charge will be from dōTERRA for the applicable toolbox included with your registration package.
All toolbox products are shipped directly from dōTERRA to ensure you receive authentic products that meet the company’s quality, purity, and potency standards.
