Course Info & Agenda:

Since its introduction into the fitness industry, the stability ball has found a niche for those looking to increase their core strength and joint stability. However, there have been very few programs available to show how the ball can be used as a transitional tool between therapy fitness.

This class is open to those who are already, or are registered to be, certified as a Personal Trainer, duel certification enrollees and licensed medical professionals. In order to qualify for this certification, the student must meet all course objectives, which include live demonstration of 10 different exercises using the stability ball, as well as successfully passing the 25 question exam. When you register for this class, the training manual will be shipped to you, along with other information needed to complete the course.

Upon completion of the exam, the instructor will send your answer key to the corporate office for grading, along with the endorsement that you have successfully passed the practical demonstration portion of the course.
