*The ISFTA oils course was designed to help those wanting to understand the science behind the oils….why they work, how they work, etc. Due to the lack of options when it comes to quality of the products on the market, when the course was written, DoTerra is the oil brand that was chosen. ISFTA is located in Lee County, FL and the local healthcare system, Lee Memorial Health, uses DoTerra. The way our instructors present is to cover the science and biochemistry behind ALL oils (not just DoTerra) and engage participants in case studies and oil application techniques. The oils that are passed around are DoTerra, but we do not use any of the BRAND specific blends. We stick to the oils that would be found through any reputable company (lavender, lemon, peppermint, frankincense etc…….). The course was not written to promote a specific product line. We are required by the state to disclose the type of oil that we will be passed around.
