Privacy Policy and Security of Participant’s Records:

Participants’ records, other than publicly available information, are private and shall not be disclosed except as appropriate to the following: a) the student; b) ISFTA staff with a legitimate interest in the information; c) persons specifically authorized by the student in writing to receive the information.

Retention and Release of Participant’s Records:

All ISFTA course participants have the right to review their educational records. Participants can send a request via mail, e-mail, or fax to ISFTA. Upon review, the student will receive record of test results and status, plus documentation of any applicable CEUs within seven to ten business days. All participants records will remain on file with ISFTA for at least seven years.

Consent for Disclosure:

Consent for the disclosure of a participant’s records must be in writing, signed, and dated by the student, specifying the records to be released, the reasons for such release, and to whom the records are to be disclosed.

Information that we may ask for in order to conduct business:

We will request only the information necessary to provide the service requested by you. When registering for a course or ordering products, we may request the following information:

Professional License Information
Company Information
Email address
Credit/Debit Card Information

Your IP address is logged on our administration site for the purposes of system administration and user’s city and state, but your identification and other information is not logged. We do not link IP addresses to any personally identifiable information.

What we do with your information:

We use the information you provide about yourself or someone else when placing an order or making a request only to the extent necessary to complete that order or request.

We will not sell your email address or any other personal information. From time to time, we may send information about our services to the email or mailing address provided by you. As an email recipient, your email address is confidential. We do not sell, rent, lease, or in any other way distribute your information to anyone.
