This course is designed for trainers who wish to work with women who ae expecting, or have recently delivered a baby. It covers all safety precautions, contraindications, and program design. Trainers with this certification are in demand as mother-to-be and new mothers are taking better care of themselves. Home study Course comes with the book and 75 question exam.

Upon completion of the exam, it is mailed to us for grading.  A passing score of 90% is required to receive a Certificate of Completion from ISFTA. This home study course counts for 4 contact hours of continuing education toward the ISFTA Certified Personal Trainer renewal.

Certificate awarded upon successful completion of all requirements.
