It is rare to find a physical activity that does not involve posture, balance, stability and mobility.  Many therapists, trainers, coaches and practitioners are focusing in the area of training with a “functional” purpose.  This one day workshop combines two of the functional training methodologies being utilized today; Stability Balls and Foam Rollers.  This workshop is a MUST for any medical or fitness professional looking to help improve their clients mobility and stability in order to improve performance and prevent injury.

*A Stability Ball & Foam Roller are necessary for this course.  You may bring your own and or purchase them at the ISFTA Store.

11:30 AM-12:00 PM: Principles of introducing the stability ball into the treatment program
